Shipping Time
Delivery times vary slightly by product and destination. Most items arrive within 7–15 business days, and many ship even faster. We carefully curate products with reliable delivery windows to ensure your order arrives with care and consistency.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are already included in the price of each product. You won’t see any added delivery fees at checkout—what you see is what you pay.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility
Returns are accepted for items valued at $10 or more. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Excessive returns may be denied.

Return Process
To request a return, contact us at customersupport@carepointdirect.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. This process may take 7–14 business days. You’ll be notified once your refund is approved and processed.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to replace an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including personal care products, opened medical supplies, and final sale items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are in processing. If you no longer want the item, you may reject the shipment or initiate a return after delivery.
