Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
Delivery times vary slightly by product and destination. Most items arrive within 7–15 business days, and many ship even faster. We carefully curate products with reliable delivery windows to ensure your order arrives with care and consistency.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are already included in the price of each product. You won’t see any added delivery fees at checkout—what you see is what you pay.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At CarePoint Direct, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at customersupport@carepointdirect.com. We will need photo or video evidence of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Standard Returns

Our return policy varies by product based on supplier terms and product type. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards, certain products cannot be returned once delivered, opened, or used. These items are clearly marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" on the product page. Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:

• Items that have been opened, used, or installed

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
