Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at customersupport@carepointdirect.com. We will need photo or video evidence of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Standard Returns

Our return policy varies by product based on supplier terms and product type. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards, certain products cannot be returned once delivered, opened, or used. These items are clearly marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" on the product page. Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:
